Client had Union problem since last 7 yrs. They were pressing nerve even after providing good appraisal & benefits.

Management every year used to hire a consultant for negotiating and resolving the Union demands but kept on providing every year as per the demand letter.

Year on year, they were providing appraisal as per company policy. Applicable DA revision over was also provided above the annual increment. Though client knew that the demands are unjustified but could not resolve the same.

We resolved their union problem, made union members understand what the client is paying much more as compared to what is payable as per the guidelines of govt. & profit margin.

There were 15 demands in their letter, it was amicably resolved after multiple meetings with Union members & Labor commissioner. We strategically got success, Workers lost their trust in Union & got employer centric.

Target & incentive model was implemented in the factory; as a result efficiency also got increased by 70%.
